Grower Relationships

Growers are our partners.

Our business began on a farm. Jamaican growers remain central to the coffee we sell and to where we are going.
Established

How we work with farmers today.

Alongside our own family farms, we buy coffee through relationships with other Jamaican farmers. These are commercial relationships, built on fair dealing and repeat business across seasons.

Because we started as growers selling cherries, we understand the decisions farmers face, and we value the coffee they bring to us.

In development

A structured farmer partner programme.

We are developing a more structured programme for the growers we work with. These are its ambitions; details will be shared with farmers as each element is confirmed.

  • Quality development

Working together on practices that lift cup quality and value.

  • Agronomy support

Access to practical guidance on farm management through the season.

  • More predictable purchasing

Clearer expectations on what we aim to buy and when.

  • Stronger market access

Bringing partner coffee to international buyers with its origin intact.
